HOW TO REPAIR IMEI ALL QUALCOMM INFINIX.
on the repair process, we have 3 steps to complete
STEP1 firmware erase
STEP2 flashing factory firmware(stock ROM)
STEP3 IMEI repair
STEP4 flash QCN file

STEP1
How to erase firmware?
first, install Qualcomm USB driver to pc after that
You needed to a known test point in order to get com Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. below its shown all Infinix Qualcomm test point photo. but if you have edl cable will not be needed to know test point just follow the instruction below

After putting your phone into to EDL mode(Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008), run  NCKdongle/box Qualcomm module  go to "FIRMWARE UTILS" then click on refresh button then select Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 USB com port

 after that click on erase firmware see on the photo below and  wait for erase completely

STEP2
How to flash a factory firmware(stock ROM)?
After completing erase firmware you needed to flash factory firmware(stock ROM) with ETS(easy test system), HQXA_CustomerDL_EMMC_V1.16_150818 to flash put your phone into to edl mode by the test point I show up by the photo for each device after that run ets.startrun.exe then go to "SET" on DL Mode: drop and select "EmegenceDownload"
Go to changepath button select a firmware(stock ROM) folder and click ok after that go to USB Device manager button and click it then look a "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 USB" USB port number like this(USB_211) after knowing USB port number click on close button go to the port setting

  The thrd1 select port number you sew on USB Device manager then click ok wait for checksum complete make sure you see Sahara download mode and go to start all button wait about 3-4 minutes for a flash complete

STEP3
How to repair IMEI 
after succeeding flash, the phone will be on diag mode no need to enable diag mode again just turn on your  devices and connect the USB cable to pc extract(unzip) QUALCOMM SPECIAL TOOL and run QUALCOMM SPECIAL TOOL.exe in your pc input the IMEI of your device on IMEI_1: box and IMEI_2: box then click the start button  you will see pass green color that means you succeed

and reboot your phone and go to dial this *#06# to prove you done to repair IMEI.

STEP4
How to flash QCN file
if you do not flash QCN file your phone will be either "no service" or "emergency only"   so if you see that condition you needed to flash QCN file you can use NCK dongle/box or QPST TOOL and enjoy your device
