download all FRP reset  requirement above then extract/unzip with WinRAR or 7-zip
Install MTK USB VCOM driver to pc
Open SP_Flash_Tool_v51824_Win then run flash_tool.exe click on the choose button Download-Agent section add da file from INFINIX X5515 FRP RESET FILE extracted the folder
Click on the choose button Scatter-loader File section add MT6739_Android_scatter.txt  from INFINIX X5515 FRP RESET FILE extracted the folder

Now go and click on 'format' then Manual Format Flash,  type FRP RESET code on 'Begin Address[HEX]' and  Format Length[HEX]'

Now click on the Start button power off the phone insert the USB cable to the phone then enjoy
