HOW TO UNLOCK ALCATEL OT-9001X NETWORK LOCK 
Download and install QDLoader HS-USB Driver with NCK Qualcomm module setups to pc
then go to your phone and enable diag port by dial "###2324#" and Phone must display "Diag Protector OFF after enabling Diag port, connect USB to pc and open nckDongle/box Qualcomm go to "IMEI-QCN-SIMUNLOCK" section then click on refresh button select model number then click

unlock button and wait for unlock completely.
